I started making these lighter, healthier mini muffins after seeing my little sisters grab Hostess packs too many times! I love coming up with new flavors and making on the run packs so I can enjoy a few between classes, on the way to work or any other time I need an on the run energy boost. They’re so quick and easy to make, I can throw together a few flavors in one afternoon and store them 4 at a time in mini ziplocks.

All the mini muffin recipes are under 40 calories each!

Sometimes getting rid of that ‘lower belly pooch’ is a really easy fix. The picture to the left shows a person with tight hip flexors causing a curvature in your spine that makes your belly poke out. So even if you’re a lean, mean, clean eating machine, and you STILL have a little ‘pooch’, all you need to do a simple stretch. It’s as easy as that. MAGICAL! Just stretch those hip flexors DAILY and you should notice a difference :)
