I’ve done so badly eating wise today.

Tomorrow - I’m hopefully starting Paleo. My stomach gets too upset and too irritated with regular food. 

Any suggestions for foods to buy?

two pieces of ezekiel bread, one with some peanut butter and one with a teeeny little bit of butter

plain, non-fat goat milk yogurt (so far the only kind that doesn’t hurt my stomach), half a banana, 4 cut up strawberries, an apple (other half not shown), and some cinnamon and stevia (cinnamon to help boost metabolism)
only 232 calories for this meal according to myfitnesspal
