In January, I’m going to Spain.
In March, I’m going on a cruise in Florida, Belize, and Mexico.
In June, I may being going to Honduras for a mission trip.
There is no way in hell I am going to be “fat” for that. I want to actually enjoy myself. I want to be able to lay out and get super tan. I don’t want to be the “fat American” in Spain. If my church goes swimming in Honduras, I don’t want to fake having my period so I can’t. This is going to change. Despite the fact that I’m exhausted, I’m going to go run.
I’ve done so badly eating wise today.
Tomorrow - I’m hopefully starting Paleo. My stomach gets too upset and too irritated with regular food.
Any suggestions for foods to buy?
I finally feel back on track. I went on an awesome 3 mile run today. I did two miles in 8:30 and one in 9. That’s extremely good for me. I was keeping up with my marathon-runner mommaaa.
